VENDOR PROSPECTUS
Author Table: $165
Thursday only. Includes 30" x 6' table, 2 chairs, trash can, and wireless internet access. Location of tables will be the second floor of the conference center. If you need a second 6' table- the cost will be an additional $50.00
Vendor Basket Promotional Item:
As part of the registration process, every vendor is required to donate one promotional item for inclusion in a vendor basket, which will be raffled off to an attendee who has submitted a completed vendor bingo card. Vendors are encouraged to include a business card or identifying mark with the donated swag. Promotional items must be mailed by October 17th to the Parsons Public Library (311 South 17th St, Parsons, KS 67357)
Marketing Materials: $50.00
Inclusion of author provided marketing material in participant bags. Please provide 500 copies, and materials must arrive to conference planners at least 2 weeks before the conference.
The deadline for registration is Saturday, October 17th.

WHOVA APP
Exhibitors will have access to the Whova app. Each exhibitor can create a custom virtual exhibitor page, communicate with attendees, and upload custom materials to personalize their presence.
HOSPITALITY ROOM
The Hospitality room for vendors and authors is available all day on Thursday, October 29th. This room includes beverages and snacks.

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY
All registration cancellations and refund requests for the Kansas Library Association Conference, must be made in writing to KLA@amigos.org. The last day to receive a refund is October 17th. There is a $25 processing fee for all refunds.
